Although areas of our website can be visited without submitting any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), some areas require an account to access. We collect Personal Information from our users that you provide to us when you:

  • Register for an Account on the Site.
  • Subscribe to the “Early Updates” Newsletter.
  • Respond to a survey.
  • Submit or post content.
  • Engage in other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on the Site that request your information.

The Site uses “cookies” to enhance user experience. Cookies are small text files that are placed
on your hard drive. Cookies help identify your computer and may allow some tracking of
information. For example, cookies can remember you between visits. You can set your web
browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. However, if you do
refuse cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.


We use reasonable data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. However, it is impossible to guarantee security of any website, or of data transmitted over the Internet. While we seek to protect information, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information you provide through the Site. Your Account information will be protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you are a registered user you can access information associated with your Account by logging into your Account. You have the right to request access to the information BM maintains about you. You can do this by contacting us at We will provide you with a copy of the data we process about you. In order to comply with your request, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will fulfill your request by sending your copy electronically, unless the request expressly specifies a different method. For any subsequent access request, we may charge you an administrative fee.

If you believe the information we have about you is incorrect, you are welcome to contact us so we can update it and keep your data accurate. Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy will be deleted. If at any point you wish for BM to delete information about you, you can contact us at If you request that BM delete your information, this may mean that you can no longer have access to BM benefits that require login, like use of your Account.


Many internet browsers have “Do Not Track” features which, when turned on, send a signal (the
“DNT signal”) to the websites a user visits that indicates the use does not want to be tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret DNT signals, and there is no common definition of “tracking”, we do not currently respond to DNT signals on the Site. We do not engage in targeted behavioral advertising.


BM only offers services within the United States, and the Site is only intended to be used by users in the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States of America, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. The privacy laws of the United States may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. By visiting the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.


The Site is intended to be used by individuals over the age of 13. We understand that certain parts of this Site may be attractive to children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. We ask for an individual’s age when users set up Accounts to avoid collecting personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, we will promptly remove such information. We amend have the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “last revised” date at the bottom of this page when we change the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes, and you should check this page frequently so you are aware of how we collect and use your information.
