Returns & Exchanges

Our goal at Brooke & Matthews is to ensure that our customers are happy. Please review the Return/Exchange Policy below and feel free to contact us with any questions.

  1. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. All returns must be in new, unworn condition.
  3. A $5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from all returns. All exchanges will be made at no cost.
  4. Refunds will be issued once we have received your item(s). Any damaged items are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment for the product price, less $5.00 for Processing/shipping fee.
  5. Please note: It may take up to 10 days for the refund to show up through your credit card / bank account, depending on their processing time.
